Lauren Paparone is a professional business coach and founder of Personal Empowerment – The Strategic Business Coach. She exudes a vivaciousness that her clients draw strength and energy from. It is with the vitality of optimal health and wellness that she successfully inspires others to restore inner peace and balance to their physical and emotional life.
Lauren encourages those living with stress to pay as much attention to their own needs as they do to the needs of others. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Secondary Education from State University of New York, a Masters in Computer and Information Science from Syracuse University, a Masters in Management and Health and Human Services Administration from St. Mary’s University and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Lauren served for over 31 years in management positions at IBM developing training programs for multi-national clients in the healthcare, media and entertainment industries.
She holds certifications in Health Coach Training, Spirituality Health and Healing, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Lauren enjoys photography, traveling, hiking, yoga, fitness, meditation and organic gardening. She is often complimented for her green thumb, especially for creating plantings that attract butterflies. She is a life-long environmentalist and was “green” before the word came into vogue.
Lauren adores her husband who shares in her zest of life and passions. She loves being mom to her two children, three stepchildren, two grandchildren and 10 adopted dogs.
However, Lauren Paparone’s truest passion is helping other people, and empowering them to reach their goals, and to bask in the oasis of success that exists and belongs to each of us here on earth.
